for a longer weekend! Why is this a FOUR day weekend? Why can’t it be an 11 Day weekend? In fact, I think it sounds much nicer. It has some substance to it, even.
In climate, health, schedule, windshield wipers, relationships, mindset, lifestyle, life; it happens everywhere.
Now I’ve been thinking about this concept – topic – whatever you want to call it. Okay, for all you know I have spontaneously chosen this word and now I am making up this post as I go along. But anyway, those trivial details don’t interest you, I feel, so I’ll just get on to the meat and potatoes of the deal.
I don’t know how change affects YOU, but it definitely affects me in the form of school. Face it, change is constant in a school environment (oxymoron). I feel that change is good in small quantities. I don’t like the rapid change of policy. Say you have always eaten PB&J sandwiches, and now you can’t eat them because PB&J is made with an radioisotope of Uranium, but it had never affected you, had it? In fact, you’ve never even known that Uranium is dangerous… Or maybe your favorite stuffed animal is a green frog from IKEA, that became outlawed because green frogs carry the subliminal message of the consumption of flies; eating flies infringes on the flies’ rights. Wouldn’t you feel, though, that your rights are being violated in this case? That’s what I think of change.
Now I am one of them. Why? Because it’s stylish. Alright, here’s what you need to know about my adventure with the Zenit. It was rusting somewhere in the back of my dad’s closet when I decided that enough is enough. So, without farther ado, I took the poor thing and went camping with it. I am an aspiring writer with some very visible procrastination habits and a unique case of A.D.D. (if it exists, that is) who draws conclusions very quickly. And draws in general, too! Besides slacking off, my other interests include staring into the monitor with a blank expression, crouching on my swivel chair, and eating some type of sweet things. I believe that arguing calms the soul, and blunt criticism is the savior of humanity (it was, is, and will be. Don't argue. Shakespeare said it. Or someone definitely did!). I don't like to use big words, so I will refrain from doing so as best as I can. Not because it irritates you, but because it irritates me. Also, I'll try to refrain from speaking other languages. But what if I can't help it? :) Qui es-tu?
